Xsomo's client base includes Central and Local Government, Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Private Organizations covering all sectors of the Jamaican economy. We have customers from all sectors of the Jamaican Business Community for whom we execute the complex manufacturing processes of customized and specialized goods and services.
In 2000, the company took the decision to expand its product and service offerings to include the latest in print and digital technologies in order to provide our customers with the most viable and efficient solutions in information management. The move necessitated forming alliances with a number of specially selected software solution providers for whom Xsomo functions as Value-Added re-sellers and Solution Partners. This arrangement gives us access to industry leading software solutions which we are then able to introduce to companies operating locally. It also provides us access to first-class training, enabling us to offer user support while at the same time having a direct line to the software developers for any on-going assistance required. All this is done through a new division which we dubbed “Moore Tech” and more recently- Business Technology Solutions.
